After a last second loss on Thanksgiving snapped a three game winning streak, the Miami Dolphins return home to face an Oakland Raiders team that has won three in a row behind Carson Palmer.
After a last second Dallas field goal dropped the Dolphins on Thanksgiving, Miami took a long week to lick its wounds at 3-8. It was just the latest in a season of last minute crushing losses for Tony Sparano's team. Now, after 9 days off, the Dolphins host a Raiders team that seems to have hit its stride with Carson Palmer at quarterback. Oakland won its third game in a row last Sunday, with a 25-20 win over a tough Chicago Bears team. Palmer threw for over 300 yards in the Week 12 win.
After losing their first seven games of the season, the Dolphins were riding a three game winning streak in Dallas on Thanksgiving. Matt Moore was a pleasant surprise at quarterback in November, and he continued his solid play with a 288 yard performance in Dallas. This is certainly a winnable game for the Fins, who look to get back on the winning track and are favored by three points early in the week
