The Miami Heat survived a narrow win over the Atlanta Hawks, scoring six points in the final 1:40.

The Miami Heat survived a close one on Friday night, pulling ahead of the Atlanta Hawks in the final two minutes of a 95-89 win. Tied 89-89 with 1:40 left in the game, Ray Allen and LeBron James both hit jump shots that put the Heat Ahead, and Allen iced it when he hit two free throws with only six seconds remaining.

There had been some concern that James wouldn't be available in the second half after he limped to the locker room following a collision with Atlanta's Josh Smith. He finished the night 10 of 17 for 21 points and came close to a triple-double with 11 rebounds, but only nine assists. Chris Bosh led the scoring with 24 points, and Allen added 17 off the bench. The Heat were without Dwyane Wade, who sat out due to a cold.

Miami shot 48.7 percent from the floor and 87.5 percent from the line while holding Atlanta to 42 percent on field goals.

The 5-1 Heat continue their road trip, facing the Memphis Grizzlies on Sunday, while 2-2 Atlanta will travel to L.A. to battle the Clippers.
