Jose Calderon and the Toronto Raptors visit all the talent in South Beach, today at 1:00.
The Toronto Raptors will be visiting the Miami Heat at the American Airlines Arena in Miami this afternoon. This will be the first of three meetings between the two this season, and the first of two in Florida. The Heat are 10-2 at home, while the Raptors have a 5-10 road record. For Miami, this is the first game of a short two game homestand. They go on to face the Cleveland Cavaliers on Tuesday night. The Raptors are starting a quick two game road trip, and play the Wizards in Washington tomorrow night.
Miami last played the Raptors on the last day of the 2010-11 regular season, April 13th. The Heat won, 97-79 while resting all of the big three for the playoffs. The Heat were led by 35 points from Eddie House, 19 rebounds by Jamaal Magliore, and 13 assists from Mario Chalmers. Erik Spoelstra talked after the game about House and Magliore, from NBA.COM:
"Eddie was on fire, no question about it. He got into that rhythm there in the second quarter and we kept on finding him the ball where he was open, and he's ignitable. Jamaal was a rebound machine. He'll fight anybody out there for that ball, sometimes his own teammates."

"It was definitely great, that's what he does. He is definitely an energy guy. He likes coming off the bench and brings that type of energy for us, his rebounding and when he gets a chance to score on the screen and rolls he definitely takes advantage of it."
