LeBron James is one of the best defensive players in the game, and against the Indiana Pacers, the Miami Heat star was guarding David West. The game gets a bit physical at times, but clearly West went a little too physical here, delivering a devastating elbow to LeBron's throat. Shockingly, there was no foul called on the play.
