The Heat and Fox Sports Florida are reportedly close to finishing a blockbuster deal that would bring in $80-100 million per year to the team.

On the brink of an NBA Championship, the Miami Heat are close to finishing a blockbuster television deal with Fox Sports Florida that would bring in $80-100 million per season for the team, according to Mike Ozanian of Forbes.

The deal would be the NBA's second largest, behind only the deal Time Warner Cable made with the Lakers that is worth about double. The proposed agreement would bring in at least four times the revenue the Heat were previously bringing in through television.

Chris Belivacqua, who runs a media company but is not involved with, or familiar with the negotiations of the deal, told Forbes, "Fox has a lot of competition down there with Comcast and that plays well into the dynamics of the deal for the Heat."

The Heat currently have a 3-1 lead in the NBA Finals over the Oklahoma City Thunder and are one win away from being NBA champions for the first time since 2006.
