Chris Bosh Injury: Heat Forward Will Not Start Game 6 Against Celtics

Stay connected for news and updates

Miami power forward Chris Bosh will not start in the Heat's elimination game against the Boston Celtics on Thursday night. Bosh will once again be active for Game 6, but he will come off the bench with Udonis Haslem and Shane Battier starting in the Miami frontcourt. Word came down about 45 minutes before tip-off that Bosh would not get the start, via Tom Haberstroh of ESPN:

It will be a very small lineup for Erik Spoelstra to start, but it's likely that Bosh sees an increase in the 14 minutes he played in Miami's Game 5 loss.
