Miami Vs. Wake Forest: Canes' Aim To End Two-Game Skid

The Miami Hurricanes host the Wake Forest Demon Deacons Saturday (1 p.m. on RSN) in an Atlantic Coast Conference men's basketball game at the BankUnited Center.

The Miami Hurricanes will look to snap a two-game losing streak Saturday, as they host the Wake Forest Demon Decans in Atlantic Coast Conference men's basketball game (1 p.m. on RSN) at the BankUnited Center in Coral Gables, FL. The Hurricanes (15-9, 6-5 ACC) have dropped two straight games to nationally ranked programs and can get back on track with a victory over one of the ACC's cellar-dwellers, the Demon Decans (12-14, 3-9).

On Wednesday, Miami lost to the No. 7-ranked North Carolina Tar Heels, 73-64, as they held the nation's highest scoring team (83.5 points per game) to well below their season average. Four Canes' ended the game in double-figures, led by Durand Scott's 15 points. Kenny Kadji tallied nine of his 13 points in the first half.

Last Saturday, the Hurricanes had their five-game winning streak snapped by No. 17 Florida St. Seminoles, 64-59.

Overall, Miami is 5-8 against Wake Forest, however, the Hurricanes have beaten the Demon Deacons in four of their last five meetings. Last season, Miami edged Wake Forest, 74-73.
