The Magic hope to get injured point guard Jameer Nelson back on the court. Orlando is 1-8 without Nelson this season.
The Orlando Magic will try to stop their six-game losing skid when they host the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday. The Bulls are also mired in a slump, as they have lost three of their last four contests. Most recently, Chicago fell to the Bobcats, which snapped Charlotte's 18-game losing streak.
Injuries continue to slow down Orlando. On Monday, the Magic played the Heat without Jameer Nelson, E`Twaun Moore, and Glen Davis. Despite losing the game, Orlando hung tough against the defending champions, and got strong performances by Arron Afflalo (28 points) and Nikola Vucevic (20 points, 29 rebounds). Nelson and Moore could return on Wednesday, which would be a big boost for the Magic.
The Bulls will look to improve on all aspects of their game. Chicago has scored an average of just 85 points in its last four contests. In that time, the Bulls have also allowed opponents to shoot 47.1 percent from the field.
