Multiple reports have indicated that the Rockets have traded Chase Budinger to the Timberwolves in exchange for the 18th overall selection in Thursday's draft. Following the trade, the Rockets now have the 14th, 16th and 18th picks, or plenty of ammunition for a potential trade for Dwight Howard. Per Adrian Wojnarowksi of Yahoo! Sports, the Rockets intend to make a very good trade offer for the six-time All-Star.

The Magic have been outspoken about their desire to have Howard be a part of their organization long-term; however, his relationship with the team has been rocky, at best. If given the proper opportunity, it wouldn't be shocking to see new general manager Rob Hennigan send Howard away.
