Yahoo's Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting that if - IF - the mega-trade between the Orlando Magic, Brooklyn Nets and Cleveland Cavaliers were to happen, one of the many potential snags could be the health of the centerpiece player - Orlando's Dwight Howard - as well as Brooklyn's Brook Lopez:
Orlando will need to have its doctors examine Brook Lopez's foot before it would finalize any deal, league sources tell Y! Sports.

And likewise, the Nets will need to examine Dwight Howard's back for themselves, sources say.

It hasn't been mentioned much during the fervor of trade and free agency rumors, but Howard is recovering from back surgery that ended his 2012 season in April and prevented him from presumably joining the 2012 Olympic team. Meanwhile, a right foot injury also ended Lopez's season in April, one he disputed was an aggravation of a previous injury.
