The South Florida Bulls kick off conference play this week, as they take on the Rutgers Scarlet Knights in a Big East showdown.
Both teams enter the contest 2-0, but gamblers and oddsmakers alike certainly seem to favor South Florida in this game. The opening line on the game had the Bulls favored by 9½ points over the Scarlet Knights, with 5Dimes having South Florida as an 8½ point favorite, while Sportsbook and Topbet favor South Florida by an even nine.
The over/under for the game has not been set.
South Florida is coming off a one-point win over Nevada, Rutgers handled Howard, 26-0.
Rutgers this year is 0-2 against the spread, while South Florida is 0-1-1.
Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. ET Thursday at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa Bay.
