The Tampa Bay Buccaneers made several roster moves this week, putting cornerback Anthony Gaitor on Injured Reserve and promoting linebacker Jacob Cutrera from the practice sqad.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have placed cornerback Anthony Gaitor on Injured Reserve/Designated For Return and promoted linebacker Jacob Cutrera from the practice squad to the active roster, reports Dory Leblanc.

Gaitor sustained a hamstring injury in Week 2 of the preseason that has prevented him from contributing so far in 2012. Gaitor, a seventh-round pick in the 2011 NFL Draft, saw action in eight games last year, collecting five tackles and no interceptions. Cutrera entered the league as an undrafted free agent and was signed from the Jacksonville Jaguars practice squad by the Buccaneers in 2011.

Other roster moves made by Tampa Bay include signing cornerback LeQuan Lewis and defensive end Aaron Morgan to the practice squad. Lewis has bounced around the league since signing with Tennessee before the 2011 season. Morgan is another undrafted free agent. He played seven games for the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2010, his rookie season, and was released earlier this year to clear space on Jacksonville's roster.
