The Buccaneers went injury free in Week 14 and are awaiting the return of several players.
Tampa Bay lost a heartbreaker to the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday, 23-21, as Eagles' rookie quarterback Nick Foles led two late scoring drives to stun the home team. But on a positive note, the Buccaneers did not suffer any new injuries.
The Buccaneers are hopeful that defensive tackle Roy Miller will be back for Week 15 against the New Orleans Saints. Miller has been a key part of Tampa Bay's strong rush defense, and he was inactive against Philadelphia due to a head injury. The defensive tackle is questionable for the Saints game.
Meanwhile, the prognosis for injured cornerback LeQuan Lewis may not be as good. Lewis suffered a knee injury in Week 13 against the Denver Broncos and could not put any weight on it. The cornerback was on crutches after the game and is out for an indefinite amount of time. Lewis is almost sure to miss the game against New Orleans.
