2012 NFL Combine: Plenty Of Florida State Players Arrive In Indianapolis As Day 1 Kicks Off

Wednesday marks the official start of the 2012 NFL combine. The first group of players arrive in Indianapolis, and undergo off-the-field examinations as NFL scouts begin to fill out their files on this year's prospects. The first group to arrive are the special teams players, offensive linemen, and tight ends. As usual, there will be plenty of players representing the state of Florida this year.

The Seminoles will be well-represented on Wednesday, as four FSU prospects will arrive in Indianapolis, led by offensive tackles Zebrie Sanders and Andrew Datko. Sanders has been projected to go as high as the first round, with some mock drafts having him land in Pittsburgh at No. 24.

As for Datko, Wednesday will be a big day for the Seminoles best offensive lineman. The mammoth tackle played only the first four games last season, before having issues with his surgically repaired shoulder. The medical review will begin tomorrow with pre-exams and x-rays, followed by complete tests on Thursday.

Other FSU players arriving on Wednesday are tight end Beau Reliford and kicker Shawn Powell. Reliford is predicted to go on the final day of the draft, falling to the fifth or sixth round.
