NFL Draft 2012: What Are Chances Dolphins Draft Ryan Tannehill?

Predictions are always something that can either make you look like a genius (Joe Namath) or make you look like a fool (Matt Hassleback). Regardless its always fun to put thoughts down as to how things are going to turn out in any given event.

Michael Lombardi of NFL.com has just published a list of predictions he has made with the 2012 NFL Draft, set to start on Thursday night at 8 p.m. There is one prediction in particular that Miami Dolphins fans should take notice with.

9. I believe the Miami Dolphins will in fact take Ryan Tannehill with the eighth pick. This is not a smoke screen. The quarterback that the Dolphins want their fan base to believe in will be the quarterback for their future.

The Dolphins have been linked with the Texas A&M quarterback for awhile now. It would not surprise many folks given that the Dolphins have both David Garrard and Matt Moore on their roster, both with NFL experience. This would give Tannehill a chance to develop under both quarterbacks and be the long term solution for Miami after one or more seasons on the bench.
