The 2012 preseason schedule has been announced. Who are the Bucs playing to prepare for the season?

The NFL released the preseason schedule for the 2012 season on Wednesday afternoon. While the Tampa Bay Buccaneers do not have any preseason games nationally televised, they have four games that will be good match-ups for them to prepare for the season.

Week 1 (Aug. 9-13)

Tampa Bay at Miami

Week 2 (Aug. 16-20)

Tennessee at Tampa Bay

Week 3 (Aug. 23-26)

New England at Tampa Bay

Week 4 (Aug. 29,30)

Tampa Bay at. Washington.

The Bucs will start their preseason traveling down to South Beach to play the Miami Dolphins. One week later, the Tennessee Titans come to play in Tampa Bay. Week 3 has the defending AFC champion New England Patriots coming to play in Tampa Bay. The final preseason game will be a trip to Washington, D.C. to play the Redskins and to possibly get a look at Robert Griffin III.

The official 2012 game schedule for the NFL will be released later this month.
