The Buccaneers come into the game looking to go 2-0 for the first time since 2010, but must do so against the defending Super Bowl champions. The Giants, on the other hand, are looking to avoid going 0-2 after losing to the Dallas Cowboys, 20-17, on Sept 5.
The Buccaneers will need to do a good job against the vaunted pass rush of the New York Giants if they want to head back to Tampa with a win. The Giants defensive line, led by Jason Pierre-Paul and Justin Tuck, will be a challenge for a Tampa Bay offensive line that is missing Davin Joseph and could be without Jeremy Trueblood, who injured his ankle in practice on Wednesday.
Kickoff is slated for 1 p.m. ET and will be aired nationally on FOX.
