The Seattle Mariners apparently took some time to explore the inner upper workings of Tropicana Field on Tuesday. Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times shared photo evidence of the event, an event which the SB Nation Tampa Bay staff has lovingly annotated for the ease of the reader:
Clearly, as we can see irrefutably here, the Mariners are up to something. Something nefarious.
Should the Tampa Bay Rays be surprised if a beam falls or a wire snaps in the top of the first inning? Let's just say: No. They should not be surprised. Because the Mariners are clearly conspiring here.
