Scott is hitting .424 in 33 at-bats against the Indians this season, while scuffling at .192 against the rest of the league. Cleveland starter Ubaldo Jimenez got a little wild in the sixth and the Rays pounced. With two outs, Jimenez hit Desmond Jennings on the wrist. Jose Molina then singled up the middle and Sean Rodriguez walked to load the bases. B.J. Upton came through with the big hit to bust things open, lacing one inside the bag at third and clearing the bases for a three-run double that pushed the lead to 4-0.

The Rays will now stay home and host the Seattle Mariners for a weekend set. James Shields will take the mound in Game 1 on Friday night.
