The Tampa Bay Rays have outscored the Los Angeles Angels 19-3 over the first two games of their four-game weekend series and will be looking to push their winning streak to three consecutive games on Saturday night at Angels Stadium of Anaheim.
Alex Cobb will take the mound for the Rays on Saturday as he looks to continue his recent strong play. In his last start against the Seattle Mariners, Cobb pitched seven innings and gave up four hits and two walks while striking out five.
The right-hander will be looking to pick up his eighth win of the season, which would bring him to .500 on the year. Cobb currently has an ERA of 4.08.
