The Tampa Bay Rays are starting a four game series against the Toronto Blue Jays beginning on Thursday.
The Tampa Bay Rays head off to Canada to take on the last place Toronto Blue Jays in a four game series. This is a series that the Rays can make a move up in the Wild Card standing, and as of now they are 1/2 game behind the second Wild Card spot.
The Rays are sending out Matt Moore to the mound who has not lost a game since July 22, and has earned the win in five of his last seven starts. Moore also has only allowed seven runs during those past seven starts.
The Blue Jays are countering with Carlos Villanueva who is on a losing streak by losing his last four decisions, and has not earned a victory since July 27.
