Conference USA Football Standings 2012: UCF to face Tulsa in the C-USA title game

Rob Foldy-US PRESSWIRE

UCF completes a comeback season with a berth in the C-USA Championship Game.

The Conference USA regular season has come to a close, and the UCF Knights did just enough to claim a berth in the C-USA Championship Game, where they will face the Tulsa Golden Hurricane on Saturday.

Tulsa, which just missed out on the C-USA title game last season, will get a chance at the title this season against a revitalized UCF team, which finished 2011 with a losing record and was well out of the East division chase early on in the 2011 season.

Tulsa finished its season with its first conference loss, a 35-27 defeat at the hands of the SMU Mustangs.
