Eric Hartline-US PRESSWIRE - Presswire

The Bulls have started the Big East season with a record of 0-2.

It has been a surprisingly good year for the Big East conference, but the team that was expected to win the league, South Florida, has faltered early, starting the season 0-2 in conference play.

Meanwhile, four teams have yet to taste defeat in a conference game -- Rutgers, Temple, Louisville and Cincinnati.

Pittsburgh is the only team worse than South Florida, starting its conference schedule with an 0-3 record.

The Bulls will try to get back in the conference race this week with a game against Louisville.
