This Sunday the Tampa Bay Buccaneer's come back home for a second straight NFC South division match up against the struggling Carolina Panthers. After narrowly missing out on an opportunity to take first place in the south division with a loss to Atlanta, the Bucs will get an opportunity to right the ship by beating up on a team that has struggled all season to find consistency.
At 1-7 the Carolina Panthers come to Raymond James Stadium rife with question marks and riddled with injuries. Starting quarterback Matt Moore is done for the season with a torn labrum in his throwing shoulder, DeAngelo Williams has missed the past two games with a foot injury, and last week Johnathan Stewart was knocked out against the Saints and had to be carted off the field following a concussion. These hard-luck injuries have certainly not made it easy on head coach Jonn Fox, whom is most likely coaching for his job.
For the Buccaneers this is a game they should win fairly easily and while there's no such thing as a week 10 "must-win" this definitely comes close as the Bucs have found themselves looking up at both Atlanta and New Orleans in the standings following last weeks 4th and 1 failure. A home win over a struggling team will be necessary to keep pace in the division as the Falcons this week host Baltimore and the Saints are idle with a bye week.
