Hall And Ellis Shine As Lightning Top Stars

Dallas, TX (Sports Network) – Adam Hall scored twice, as the Tampa Bay Lightning topped the Dallas Stars, 4-2, in the preseason opener for both teams.

Free-agent additions Dominic Moore and Dan Ellis made contributions for the Lightning, with Moore scoring and Ellis making 17 saves. Mattias Ohlund added a goal for Tampa Bay, while Dana Tyrell and Scott Jackson each had two assists.

Aaron Gagnon had a goal and assist for the Stars, while Philip Larsen also scored and Tomas Vincour assisted on both. Andrew Raycroft allowed two goals on 18 shots, while Brent Krahn took over in the second period and let in two scores on 13 shots.
