Florida quarterback John Brantley is not expected to play against No. 1 LSU on Saturday after suffering a high ankle sprain against Alabama last week, a person close to the QB confirmed Sunday night.

Based on his history with Brantley, Alligator Army is pretty confident that he is getting some good information and that Brantley's injury might be serious enough that he would miss arguably the most important game of the Season. If Brantley does in fact miss the game against the Tigers, Jeff Driskel would likely fill in for him like he did last Saturday. As if the Gators weren't going to have enough trouble with the LSU defense.
