After Florida experienced their second consecutive blow-out loss and Florida State was upset by the unrankable Wake Forest, the state of Florida is missing from the AP Top 25.
↵That’s right, for the first time since December 6, 1982 not a single school in the state of Florida is ranked in college football.
↵The University of Florida started No. 22 in the preseason poll, rose to No. 11, but now received only 86 points for the 26th slot, not enough to rank higher than Houston (142 points). Florida State was ranked No. 5 to start the season, fell to No. 23, and now are no where to be found. They received no points in the vote.
↵The top 10 remained unchanged this week.
