Celtics Vs. Heat Score Update: Miami Takes A Three Point Lead Over Boston After First Period

After one quarter at American Airlines Arena, the Miami Heat have a 30-27 lead over the Boston Celtics. Miami came out running and gunning on the offensive end, but a late Boston run closed Miami's early lead. Each of the big three got involved, as LeBron James and Dwyane Wade led all scorers with seven points each, while Chris Bosh chipped in with six. The highlight of the first likely came on a patented James steal as he cut off a cross court rotation pass, beat Rajon Rondo down the floor and slammed home the breakaway dunk.

Miami shot 63% from the floor in a fast paced and exciting first frame.
