Tampa Bay Rays, Chicago White Sox Begin Game Three

In the third game of their four-game trip to the windy city, the Tampa Bay Rays will send Wade Davis to the mound to take on Philip Humber. Somewhat of a journeyman reliever, Humber will take on the Rays in the absence of perennial All-star Jake Peavy, who continues to nurse yet another injury.

Meanwhile, Wade Davis takes the mound for the second time this season, after going 6 and 1/3 innings while allowing 4 earned runs in his last start. Davis recently signed a considerable extension with the team, one that locks him up with the Rays for several of his otherwise free agent years. Davis claims the extension has given him more peace of mind and allowed him to focus on baseball.

Today the Rays will look repeat yesterday's winning ways, albeit while sending out two players initially signed to minor league contracts and two players with barely any major league experience (Lopez, Kotchamn, Fuld, and Elliot):
