Florida State Vs. Maryland: Seminoles Have Five Players In Double Figures In 84-70 Win Over Terps

The Florida State Seminoles improved to 3-1 in the ACC on Tuesday night with an 84-70 win over the Maryland Terrapins. Leonard Hamilton's squad continued the momentum from this weekend's blow out win over North Carolina, pulling away from the Terps in the second half and cruising to the fourteen-point win. FSU had five players in double figures, led by Michael Snaer who scored 19 against the Terps' frontcourt. Ian Miller added 18 off the bench, while Bernard James chipped in with 17 points.

FSU continuously got into the lane, pulling away with a run of uncontested layups and dunks. On defense, the Noles cracked down over the first ten minutes of the second half to pull away and cruise to the win. After the 33 point win over UNC, and now the comfortable win over Maryland, the Noles face a true test this weekend when they travel to Cameron Indoor Stadium to face the Duke Blue Devils.
