Heat Vs. Pistons Score Update: Miami Leads Detroit By Six At Half As They Look For Back-To-Back Wins

The Miami Heat took a 56-50 lead over the Detroit Pistons after one half at The Palace of Auburn Hills on Wednesday. Chris Bosh continued his strong play, scoring 15 first half points against an underwhelming Detroit front line. Bosh had a season-high 35 points against the Cavs last night, and looks to be no worse for the wear on the second night of the back-to-back against another Rust Belt foe.

LeBron James added 11 points while Mario Chalmers had 10, hitting two of three attempts from downtown. Chalmers struggled last night against Kyrie Irving, but had a nice first half for a Miami team that is once again playing without Dwyane Wade.
