Florida State Vs. Wake Forest Final Score: Seminoles Stay Hot, Win Fifth Straight ACC Game

Coming off wins over North Carolina and Duke, the Florida State Seminoles took a step down in the Tobacco Road difficulty level on Wednesday night with a visit to Wake Forest. The Noles blew out the Demon Deacons, riding a hot-shooting second half to a 75-52 win. They are now 5-1 in the ACC, and could be playing their best stretch in the conference under Leonard Hamilton.

Michael Snaer led FSU with 18 points, shooting a perfect four of four from behind the arc against the overmatched Demon Deacons. Okaro White added 11 points off the bench, as the Noles shot better than 50 percent from the field and three-point range. Wake Forest could not match the length and athleticism on the other end, as they gave up 46 points in the second half while shooting just 35 percent from the field. FSU would take advantage, pulling away midway through the second to pull away for the double-digit win.

Leading the ACC, the Seminoles now have a full week off, hosting Georgia Tech in Tallahassee next Wednesday night.
