South Florida vs. Louisville 2012: Cardinals lead Bulls, 21-10

The No. 16 Louisville Cardinals lead the South Florida Bulls, 21-10, after three quarters in Louisville's Papa John's Stadium.

At the half, Louisville led USF 14-3 on the heels of a strong defensive performance and a pair of rushing touchdowns. South Florida would narrow that lead by 7 early in the third quarter, though, with B.J. Daniels completing a 12-yard touchdown pass to Andre Davis. One drive later, Louisville's Teddy Bridgewater would connect with Damian Copeland for a 21-yard score.

Bridgewater has been incredibly efficient on the afternoon thus far, completing 16-of-17 passes for 198 yards and a touchdown. The sophomore signal caller's 59 rushing yards on seven carries also leads the Cardinals' rushing attack.

South Florida's Lindsey Lamar has been an effective runner for the Bulls today, amassing 102 yards on 12 carries.

Louisville will begin the fourth quarter at 3rd-and-1 with the ball on the Louisville 46-yard line.
