After a shocking home loss to South Alabama to start the season, Florida State tried again on Monday night for its first win of the season. So far things have been a little easier in this game, as the Seminoles lead Buffalo, 47-30.
Despite the early lead, ACC Player of the Year candidate Michael Snaer is off to a rough start. He has just three points due to his two early fouls. Snaer shot 2-for-11 from the field in Florida State's opening game loss.
Leading the way for the Seminoles is junior Okaro White. He has 10 points at the half and has made all four of his shots.
It has been quite a good offensive night so far for Florida State. The Seminoles are 17-for-27 from the field in the first 20 minutes.
Buffalo also lost its first game of the season, falling to Princeton by four points on Saturday.
