Florida and Florida State survived scares against inferior opponents Saturday. As a result, the Gators and Seminoles once again cracked the top 10 in this week's BCS standings.

The Gators rallied from a seven-point deficit with less than two minutes remaining to defeat Sun Belt foe Louisiana-Lafayette at home. At No. 6, Florida is one of six SEC teams ranked in the top 10 this week. The Gators are joined by No. 4 Alabama, No. 5 Georgia, No. 7 LSU, No. 8 Texas A&M and No. 9 South Carolina.

Florida State checks in at No. 10 for the second week in a row. The Seminoles scored a touchdown with 1:05 remaining to defeat Virginia Tech on Thursday night. Only one other ACC team is ranked, No. 11 Clemson.

Kansas State moves up to the top spot thanks to previous No. 1 Alabama's home loss to Texas A&M. Oregon is No. 2, and Notre Dame is ranked third. The Wildcats, Ducks and Fighting Irish all sit at 10-0.
