Coming off a loss to the arch rival Florida Gators, the Florida State Seminoles can ease the pain with a win over the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets in the ACC Championship Game Saturday.
The tenth-ranked Seminoles (10-2, 7-1 ACC) and Yellow Jackets (6-6, 5-3) meet for a chance to play in the Orange Bowl. Florida State needs to get back on track defensively, as the Seminoles allowed a Florida offense that had been struggling to score 37 points.
In another title game, Central Florida (9-3, 7-1 C-USA) travels to Tulsa to take on the Golden Hurricane (9-3, 7-1) for the Conference USA championship. This is a rematch of the schools' Nov. 17 game at Tulsa, which the Golden Hurricane won, 23-21,
In regular-season action, South Florida (3-8, 1-5 Big East) wraps up its miserable year at home against Pittsburgh, and Florida Atlantic (3-8, 2-5 Sun Belt) ends its season with a home date against Louisiana-Lafayette.
