In a slow start offensively for both teams, the seventh-ranked Florida Gators and Missouri Tigers are scoreless after the first quarter in Gainesville.
The Tigers had the longest drive of the quarter, driving down to the Florida 41-yard line. A missed opportunity on third down, however, forced Missouri to punt it back to the Gators.
Neither team managed much on offense, combining for 141 total yards.
Struggling to get the ball moving, the Gators attempted and converted a fourth-and-one in their own half of the field on a Jeff Driskel sneak. Florida is only 1-for-4 on third downs.
