Michael Vick and LeSean McCoy will miss Sunday's game against Tampa Bay. Both players continue to recover from concussions.

Quarterback Michael Vick and running back LeSean McCoy continued to be out of action as the Philadelphia Eagles began preparation for Sunday's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Both players missed practice on Wednesday while recovering from concussions. Neither are expected to play Sunday, according to Comcast Sports Net. Eagles coach Andy Reid has already said that Vick will assume a back-up role to Nick Foles once he's medically cleared to return.

Safety Curt Coleman (chest) and defensive tackle Fletcher Cox (tailbone) also missed practice on Wednesday. Coleman suffered a sternum contusion in Philadelphia's 38-33 loss to the Dallas Cowboys in Week 13. Both players remain uncertain for Sunday's game against Tampa Bay. Colt Anderson will play in place of Coleman if necessary.

Starting cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie (knee) was limited in Wednesday's practice, while starting safety Nate Allen (shoulder) and starting linebacker Mychal Kendricks (shoulder) were full participants.

The Eagles (3-9) have lost eight straight games. Their tilt against Tampa Bay kicks off at 1 p.m. EST on Sunday.
