Miami Vs. Florida State Score Update: Noles Take Late Halftime Lead 28-26

The Florida State Seminoles welcomed in the Miami Hurricanes as the Noles tried to rebound from a tough loss to Boston College. The game went back and forth early on with the teams trading leads, but late in the first half the Seminoles were able to pull away from Miami and take a 28-26 lead into halftime thanks to some late scoring by John Kreft off the bench. Michael Snaer led FSU in scoring in the first half with 10 points, hitting on two of his five three-point attempts.

The Hurricanes out rebounded the Noles 17-13, but the Noles defense clamped down and allowed Miami to hit on just 18.2 percent of their three-point shot attempts. Kenny Kadji leads Miami in scoring at the half with seven points while Rion Brown has picked up five points off the bench.
