A huge fourth quarter on the defensive end against the Milwaukee Bucks on Friday night delivered the Orlando Magic their fourth straight win. The Magic trailed for much of the game before holding the Bucks to an 11-point fourth quarter and sealing a 94-85 win. After an ugly first quarter on the offensive end, the Magic stormed back from a double-digit lead and then pulled away with a strong defensive effort for Stan Van Gundy.
Dwight Howard kicked it into high gear in the second half, cleaning the glass for a monster 20-20 game against an overmatched Bucks frontline. Howard finished with 26 points and 20 rebounds to lead Orlando. Ryan Anderson paired up with Howard in the frontcourt and added 23 points. Anderson hit four of seven attempts from three-point range, while also grabbing nine boards of his own.
The Magic now have a Sunday showdown against division rival Miami on national television at American Airlines Arena.
