Cavaliers Vs. Magic Score Update: Orlando Jumps Out to 11-Point Halftime Lead Over Cleveland

After one half at Amway Center, the Orlando Magic lead the Cleveland Cavaliers 48-37. The Magic jumped out to the double digit lead behind some hot shooting from behind the arc, hitting six of 12 attempts from three. Jason Richardson led the way for Orlando, scoring 14 points and hitting both three-point attempts in the first 24 minutes. Dwight Howard had eight points but grabbed 11 rebounds against an undersized Cleveland front line.

Taking a page out of the Orlando book of late, the Cavs shot just 29 percent from the floor for their 37 points. Rookie sensation Kyrie Irving had eight points but was just three of 12 from the floor, and a -21 for the Cavaliers. Orlando will look to keep up the defensive pressure in the second half for their second straight win.
