2012 Honda Classic: Tiger Woods Makes Cut With Late Rally

Although it did not come easily, Tiger Woods was able to make the cut at the 2012 Honda Classic with a score of 68 on Day 2 and sits at one-under-par.

After shooting a plus-one 71 during Round 1, Wood was looking to get back in the hunt before the weekend's play.

Beginning on the back nine, Woods shot one-under after the first half of his round, taking advantage of pleasant morning conditions. After shooting a birdie on hole four, Woods ran into trouble on the fifth hole, hitting a ball into the water and taking a double bogey.

Now sitting at even par, Tiger was able to recover, going birdie-birdie on holes eight and nine to end his round.

Woods currently sits seven strokes behind tournament leaders Tom Gillis and Justin Rose who are tied at eight-under-par.
