Heat Vs. Pacers Score Update: Miami Trails 49-46 At Half In Indiana

On the second night of a road back-to-back, the Miami Heat trail the Indiana Pacers by three at half time. Much was made of the Heat's struggles last night in Oklahoma City, but Miami's dominated the Pacers this season and has hung with them so far despite the road weary legs. They struggled on the offensive end, committing 10 turnovers but they still shot better than 44 percent from the floor.

LeBron James leads all scorers with 16 points and has six boards as well. Dwyane Wade added nine points but was a -11 in his 18 minutes on the floor. But the Heat have held their own on the defensive end as the Pacers have only one player in double figures so far. Danny Granger had 11 points on 11 shots in the first 24 minutes but that's been it for Indiana so far. The Heat will look to turn it up on the offensive end and get out and run to bounce back from the road loss last night.
