Magic Vs. Raptors Score Update: Ryan Anderson And Dwight Howard Pace Orlando To 12-Point Halftime Lead

The Orlando Magic shot the lights out and dominated the paint in the first half at Air Canada Centre to take a 61-49 lead over the Toronto Raptors after 24 minutes. The Magic shot 54 percent from the floor and 47 percent from three-point range to jump out to the double digit victory with a 33-point second quarter.

The frontcourt duo of Dwight Howard and Ryan Anderson were simply magnificent in the first half, combining for 34 of the Magic's 61 points. Anderson did all his work from behind the arc as he continues his breakout season. He drilled six three-pointers in the first half to score all his 18 points. Howard, on the other hand, has done his typical work down low in the paint and getting to the free-throw line. He has 16 points and eight boards for the Magic. With the double-digit lead, Orlando will need to avoid the offensive disappearing act we've seen every now and again in the third and fourth quarters this season.
