A tweet from ESPN's Chris Fowler has claimed that Rafael Nadal is going to withdraw from today's Sony Ericsson Open semifinal against Andy Murray due to left knee pain.
Nadal has pulled out of today's semi in Miami vs Murray because of left knee pain. We plan to hear from him shortly. Bummer.

The knees of Nadal have always been a concern as his aggresive playing style leads to perhaps his body breaking down early. Nadal hopefully will be recovered in time before the French Open.
Andy Murray now awaits the winner of Friday's match between No. 1 Novak Djokovic and No. 21 Juan Monaco on March 31.
On the women's side of the tournament No. 2 Maria Sharapova will face No. 5 Agnieszka Radwanska for the women's championship on April 1.
