We are starting to get into the nitty gritty of the MEAC tournament, and the two semifinal games will be played on Friday.
The first game of the night on Friday is between Hampton and Bethune-Cookman, it starts at 6 pm ET. Hampton is coming off of an upset win over Savannah State in the quarterfinals while Bethune-Cookman reached this round by beating North Carolina Central. Neither of these teams have sparkling records on the year, but Bethune-Cookman has a much better conference record, so they should be the favored team.
The second semifinal of the game starts 8 pm and is between Florida A&M and Norfolk St. Florida A&M is kind of a surprise entry into the semifinal, they got into this round by upsetting Delaware State. Norfolk State is one of the better teams in the Conference, and they got here by beating Howard earlier this week. They should be favored pretty heavily in this one.
