The Miami Heat will need to defend their home court Sunday against a Houston Rockets team in desperate need of a win to keep their Western Conference playoff hopes alive.
The Heat, coming off of a 86-84 loss to the Washington Wizards on Saturday, may be without guard Dwyane Wade who left that game after dislocating his finger.
Miami will need to continue to ride LeBron James' hot streak if they want any chance of erasing the 2.5 game deficit with the Chicago Bulls for the No. 1 seed in the Eastern Conference. James is averaging 30.3 points on 55.3 percent shooting during the last four games.
The Rockets are currently in 10th place in the Western Conference, one game behind the eighth place Utah Jazz, have lost six of their last seven games.
Tip-off in this contest is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. EST.
