It was a tale of two halves for the Orlando Magic and Denver Nuggets tonight. After being tied at halftime, the Nuggets pulled away from the visiting Magic in the second half and cruised to a 101-74 win at Pepsi Center in Denver.
Ryan Anderson finished as Orlando's leading scorer with 24 points and nine rebounds. Glen Davis chipped in 14 points, but "Big Baby" only grabbed three rebounds. Anderson and Davis were the only Magic players to score in double digits, and as reported earlier, Jameer Nelson left the game with a calf injury.
The Nuggets were led by Danilo Gallinari and JaVale McGee, who both pitched in 17 points. McGee also had eight rebounds and three blocked shots in the game. Aaron Afflalo finished with 15 points and Ty Lawson added 13 points and 10 assists.
