Rays Vs. Rangers Preview: Tampa Bay Looks To Win Rubber Match

After a tough loss to the Texas Rangers Saturday in Arlington, the Tampa Bay Rays will look to get back on the right track and secure a series win on the road in a nationally televised game Sunday night.

For the Rays, David Price will take to the mound in his first start since throwing a complete-game shutout against the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim on April 24, the second of his career. Price has been stellar so far in 2012, compiling a record of 3-1 while posting an ERA of 2.62.

His opponent will be Derek Holland who will be trying to rebound off of a tough start on Monday against the New York Yankees where he allowed seven runs and nine hits in six innings in a 7-4 loss.

First pitch is scheduled for 8:05 p.m. and the game will be broadcasted nationally on ESPN for their weekly Sunday Night Baseball telecast.
