Diamondbacks Vs. Marlins Score Update: Wade Miley With No-Hitter Through Five Innings For Arizona

Arizona Diamondbacks pitcher Wade Miley has had no problems with the Miami Marlins on Sunday, as he has yet to allow a hit through five innings. With the exception of a walk issued to Omar Infante, Miley has been perfect and has struck out five batters. He is at 66 pitches through five innings.

Marlins starter Josh Johnson has struggled, allowing three runs on nine hits and two walks through five innings. His eight strikeouts have been encouraging, but when Diamondbacks batters have connected, it has resulted in base runners.

Arizona broke the scoring open in the second inning today when Gerardo Parra singled home Miley. A pair of RBI singles by Jason Kubel and Miguel Montero in the top of the fifth brought the score to 3-0.
